Features Dedicated bandwidth Choose a plan by speed. Your VPC gets up to that speed in both directions, and traffic is not counted against a monthly quota.
Private network and tiers Each VPC gets its own /16 network. Split it into tiers (/24), each with its own IPv6 /64.
Network ACL By default only SSH, RDP and ping are allowed in, and all outbound traffic is allowed. Add or remove rules for IPv4 and IPv6 yourself.
Change plan live Move to a faster or slower plan from the console. The new speed applies within seconds, without restarting your servers.

Yes. The Private Cloud price covers the bandwidth plan only; each cloud server inside it is billed at its own plan and cycle.
Is traffic really unmetered? Yes. Traffic in a Private Cloud does not count against the monthly Bandwidth quota; the speed is limited by the plan you choose.
How do my servers get public IPs? The VPC has a source NAT IPv4 for outbound traffic, and each cloud server you place in it gets its own public IPv4.
Is the VPC router redundant? No. Each VPC has a single virtual router. If its host fails, the router is brought back up, which can take a few minutes.
